How does check-in work?
You check in yourself, at any time - 24/7, with no reception desk. One to two days before arrival we send a separate message with the exact address, the key-safe code and the entryphone code. The WiFi password is available on-site in the apartment. You arrive whenever suits you and make yourself at home.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Earlier arrival or later departure is sometimes possible subject to availability - just ask and we'll check.
Is there parking?
You can drive in through the gate onto the estate, where there is parking. The apartments are also right in the city centre, within a paid municipal parking zone - alternatively you can use the 24-hour underground car parks close by, including the one beneath Złote Tarasy. We're happy to recommend the best option before your arrival.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Where possible, yes - it's best to let us know in advance and we'll find a solution (luggage storage or early entry, if the apartment is already ready).
Is there a minimum stay and how many guests can the apartments accommodate?
There is no fixed minimum stay - short stays are welcome too. Each apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.
Is there WiFi?
Yes - fast WiFi is included in the price of your stay. You'll find the network password on-site, in the apartment.
Is smoking allowed? Do you accept pets?
The apartments are strictly non-smoking. We also ask that stays are pet-free.
How do I pay and can I cancel my booking?
You book directly on our website and pay by convenient bank transfer - we confirm your reservation once the payment is received. Each offer's terms (discounts, refundable or non-refundable options) are shown when you choose your dates, and for any changes or cancellations just message us.
Will I receive a receipt for my stay?
Yes - we issue a receipt for your stay on request. Provide the necessary details when booking or write to us.
Is the apartment air-conditioned?
The Design Style apartment (Złota 63A) is air-conditioned. Both apartments are finished to a high standard and we care about your comfort year-round.
Is there a lift in the building?
Yes, there is a lift in the building - convenient, also with luggage.

What's around the apartments?
You're in the very heart of Warsaw: a few steps from the Palace of Culture, Złote Tarasy and Warsaw Central Station, close to Nowy Świat and the best restaurants. The Centrum and Rondo ONZ metro stations are within walking distance.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes - an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, fridge and a full set of dishes and cutlery. A welcome pack of coffee, tea and water is waiting for you.
Is the apartment suitable for a family or a larger group?
Yes - each apartment accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed) and has a fully equipped kitchen, so it works well for a family stay or two couples.
Is Złota Apartments Warsaw connected to other properties on ul. Złota?
No. Złota Apartments Warsaw is exactly two apartments that we run directly: Złota 63A (Design Style) and Złota 65A (Parisian Style). Other accommodation providers and companies on ul. Złota - including those operating at the same building numbers - are separate businesses with their own contact details. Can I check in late at night, for example after midnight?
Yes. Check-in is self-service and works 24 hours a day - there is no reception and no opening hours. Before arrival you receive a code for the key safe and a code for the intercom, so you can arrive at any time, including the middle of the night.
Which apartment has a view of the Palace of Culture?
Złota 63A (Design Style) - the Palace of Culture and Science is visible from the bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, has 33 m² and air conditioning.
What is the exact address and how do I find you?
ul. Złota 63A and 65A, 00-819 Warsaw - two separate buildings next to each other in the strict city centre (Śródmieście). From Warszawa Centralna station and Warszawa Śródmieście it is about a 6-10 minute walk. We send detailed directions and access codes before arrival.

About 6-10 minutes on foot. It's the simplest option if you arrive by train - you'll be there faster than by taxi.
From Chopin Airport (WAW)
About 8 km, 15-25 min by taxi/Uber. By public transport: SKM/KM train or bus to Warsaw Central Station, then a few minutes' walk.
From Warsaw-Modlin Airport (WMI)
About 35-40 km. The most convenient way: the airport bus or a train to Warsaw Central Station (approx. 45-60 min), then a short walk. By taxi, approx. 40-50 min.
Metro and public transport
Closest: the Centrum and Rondo ONZ metro stations (lines M1/M2). Trams and buses are also within walking distance - central Warsaw is superbly connected.
